Brilliant franchise for a family treat. When I call up to place an order, the staff are always friendly and courteous, even when it sounds like all hell is breaking loose behind them.
The pizzas they serve are delicious, baked to perfection and always seem to have had some time taken to get everything right.
Fantastic, if generic, food and service.

Unfortunately, the Dominoes in Rugby is not a representation of the Worldwide Dominoes service. Their service is atrocious and their phone service representative unprofessional. This includes the Manager called Deepa.
During my call with Deepa, I was given the most expensive Meal Deal even when I asked whether there was a deal that was within my price range. He sounded lazy and just wanted to process the order and bank the money. After surfing through their app, I found that they had numerous deals in the price range I wanted. I called back and questions why I wasn't told about this and was given excuses that I asked for specifics when I actually just asked for a meal within a certain price range.
Instead of apologising, Deepa was very confrontational and defensive about his earlier strategy to dupe me.
I would not trust this franchise in Rugby again, especially since the Manager is hungry for an extra couple of quids and very confrontational with customers.
If there were zero stars for service, I'd be selecting it. -

Friendly bunch serving always, I love to get a chat with them as I wait for my pizza, just ask for a change of topping/sauce and they're happy to do that, beats having the standard fare from the menu. Guest pizzas too - with Reggae Reggae sauce at the moment (Apr '11)
